The Wallace family has made its way up to WEIO and Golden Days in Fairbanks for many years. When Kelsey was crowned Miss Kuskokwim in Bethel, one of her first thoughts was, “I am going to be in the Parade!” It almost brought a tear to her eye!! So here Miss WEIO Kelsey Wallace and the Miss WEIO Contestants pass by in Parade. (Kelsey’s first car broke down, so she ended up in this nice truck!
